Who is a good counter to Warwick in the Top lane?

Recently I have been facing a couple of Warwicks in the top lane. I don't really know how to face him. Who is a decent counter pick to him and is there any tips you have when facing Warwick in a solo lane?

Riven: She can always win trade with ww. E auto W auto then QQQ . Lower cooldown+ no mana cost. WW is still a mana hungry champion. he can only q 3 or 4 times then he'll have to return to the base. When ww engage when his E is active then don't engage ,Stun him and go away from him. His ult is a skill shot now ,so you just have to move left and right or just dash away.
Fiora: Always a good pick against ww since she can do more damage than ww. And you can block his E and R if you perfectly use your W.
Jayce: He can poke him down. When he gets closer , knock him away. When he gets behind you knock him under turret.
Champions like Darius can also counter him but ww will probably go tankey. If he goes AD then you can easily kill him. But if he is fed then it's better not to fight with him without your jg.
Singed is also good since he is so much tankey. It's hard for ww to kill a tank. Singed E can also stop ww's ult.
Quinn is also a good pick. She can also poke him down. Make Edge of night . This item will always help.
Vayne is op against ww but I don't see too many top vayne.

WW can't top everytime. He has lots of counter. He is only good against melee champions like Malphite.

Everybody.

WW is not a good top laner.

As for tips...don't straight up stand there and trade with him. He only gets sustain from his passive when he's below half health, so he's weak to being bursted down once he's at half health; Q is very short ranged and can follow dashes, so save them for after he's used it; E gives him damage reduction until the fear goes off, R is a skillshot and you should watch out for ganks as long as he has it up.

Also, he deals primarily magic damage.
