Magic damage changed to true damage

W: Void Seeker

New Effect Now stuns the enemy for 1.5 seconds to 2.5 seconds (based on distance)

R: Killer Instinct

AD Scaling decreased from 100/150/200% to 100/125/150%

Reasons:

-By allowing to deal maximum health true damage will allow her to be more like and allow her to be a tank buster.

- lacks any CC and could use a stun based on distance on her W.

with these buffs will have more power in her passive and much needed CC... However, at the cost of nerfing the scaling on her shield.
