Ranked Provisionals

Ok, I'm a player....level 26, and my friend, who is level 25, have different thoughts about the provisionals. So he thinks that because of this "code" some hackers exploited from the game, which I don't believe is necessary trustworthy or even real, as I cannot find it. According to him, this code states that the ranked provisional matches ** don't ** have to do with your wins, but instead by other factors, such as cs, damage dealt, ect. According to EVERY other source I have found, that is not true, and it is all based off of won games. I was wondering if any of you knew where the code was located or if any of his information is true. Thanks, and have a wonderful day!

it might be different now with the end game grading system but you can definitely count that if you win more games you'll have a better placement regardless of in game factors

End game grading system? What's that? And also, he's been talking about this since November....so...

basically at the end of every match you earn champion mastery points, if you hover over that a grade for that match is displayed. basically a way of grading how you did that game and I don't think it applies to provisionals
