A buff to make Shaco a more popular champion

Make it so that while his clone is active, his clone gets a surrender vote as well and Shaco automatically activates a surrender vote when he ults but it doesn't lock in automatically as yes for him (or his clone). This will be a buff that makes Shaco funner to play but doesn't give him anything OP. Also, this will be perfectly balanced because it will take some skill on the Shaco player's part to sneak in a vote before the clone dies and still use his ult in fights effectively.
