Is he in line for an other rework i feel like heimerdiniger needs a rework badly for how he bullies toplane hard it is impossible to play against heimerdiniger

As a person who recently played him a ton, here is my thoughts.

1.Side-Step like mad. His bomb is pretty slow, and his rockets can miss. The easy prey for Donger, is people who are predictable.

Some match-ups, Donger is gonna bully you. The best you can do is let him push, and hope your jungle is awesome.
If you DO have some spells or ranged autos, take out his turrets as fast as he can place them. It wont remove him from the game, but he will be vulnerable.
If and when you decide you have had enough of his shit, you can't half ass it. You need to go ALL IN, and KILL HIM DEAD. If you can get past his army of bullshit, he is a squishy.
Most guys are not Heisendong. They will make mistakes. Catch then with their pants down. After they miss bomb, and only have one wimpy turret, JUMP HIS ASS!

I mean.... Irelia counters him pretty hard. His turrets just let her jump around more, and get on him while removing all his damage. He has counters, perhaps you're playing champs that are bad into him.

Gnar is also a good pick. Urgot too. Aatrox. Orn does ok into him as well.

It's not impossible to play against heimerdinger anymore. He's just annoying to deal with. Adaptive helm / someone that can make his turrets useless like Sion will give him a hard time.
