Help a Diamond Out

Hey there, so I spent a couple years at Diamond then after worlds I took 5 months off and moved so my ping has shot up from 30 to 120. Its been shit. I placed in Plat 5 then managed to get DEMOTED to G1. I've been struggling since then.

Velkoz, Syndra, Swain my main mids I just can't find reliable success with.

No way can I carry with my supports in G1.

What do people suggest that I should pick up to climb back up the elo ladder?

add me or swap to something with a bit more mobility mid lane. You are playing non current meta champs.

Malzahar Veigar Zed Ziggs Fizz Leblanc All these are reasonably good mid laners. Ping issues are most likely your end. but the servers did move a while back from the West Coast to Chicago. But the 90 point increase isn't likely from that. Also I thought you can only be placed up to gold 1 if I remember correctly.
