RNG

No, not the team. They're spectacular.

I've already sent in a support ticket to complain about this and they suggested that I post it to the boards simply to get reds to read it for player gauge purposes.

That said, as a paying customer the RNG which can happen is an extremely bothersome thing and I feel you need to better weight how it rolls. After purchasing some things during the Odyssey event I ended up with 4 Odyssey gems which I turned into the Revel Grab bag. Then after opening the 4 Revel Grab Bags, I ended up rolling 3 Tristana ultimate skins. Which is only made worse by my having already rolled that from other Hextech chests before. Consiering what you get from orange essence it doesn't even feel enjoyable to break down and oh god did that piss me off and ruin my evening. These sort of things make me not want to spend further RP on the game.

And yes, I'm aware that if I really want something I should just buy it directly. That is why I've purchased things in the past such as DJ Sona and Blood Lord Vlad. When I'm saying "hey give me random things" I'm looking for the sense of enjoyment from that randomness. When I'm given this extremely negative experience of rolling the same skin shards over and over and over (which is far from the first time similar events have happened) it is realy anger inducing and just makes me want to give you guys less of my money.
