Chroma not showing up

Bought the pink Zac chroma, the IP was spent yet the skin is nowhere to be found. Looked around for a bit, this is supposed to have been fixed back in 6.2 so why am I getting it now?

UPDATE: Reinstalling the whole client fixed it.
