So if im around first pick. I ban teemo usually cause that's no good and I can deal with darius. But let's say they lock in shen or ornn? What would I build and how would I play this match up? It seems even if I kill them a feww times early they came back around 10-12 minutes and start dominating me because they built tank items like

Quite impressive that they are able to afford two expensive items at 12mins in after you have killed them a couple of times, denied them farm and likely have taken a few plates.
Trynd into tanks is pretty hard in general. I think your best bet is to force them to respond to your split so they can't use their team fight advantage. I'm not a trynd player, but you can watch some fogged to see how he builds and plays; he's really informative too.
Also ornn has how much base ad at level 1? Wtf?
I don't think Trynda is supposed to deal with tanks in the mid game (or in late early game which is about 10-12 mins you said)
