Balance?

Now the first thing that may come to your mind, this is just another rant about some champion main complaining about their champ and it may be but hear me out.

TLDR; Please clean up zeds kit, just asking for some changes that either make him an early-mid game champ like he is supposed to be or make his kit late game(which wouldn't work out because of the items) as the current meta makes him or just fix lethality(but then we have the lethality ADC problem).

I will start with talking about the problems that have came with the Season 8, Rune rework. We all probably saw the 6 Cleaver zeds or the usual One shot Zed at the beginning of the season, but that was before resolve became such a mandatory rune tree and even stopwatch, delaying zed spikes. Most importantly its the removal of lethality runes, which made him good. Now to counter zed (at least until the zed has LDR) you just buy 1 armor item, tabis, seekers or even just cloth armor is some cases. In certain scenarios like bruiser match ups (ex.Irelia, aatrox, Urgot?) your only way of winning lane comes to either jungle camp or them making BIG mistakes. Alright now come the stats, sure they seem really nice and some even rate zed as top tier, but that mostly comes from the win rates from >50 games players(according to champion.gg). The second reason for him being in his current state could be due to him being very mobile; I would like to say 2 things about that, first his main mobility spell is 22 seconds at level 1 without cdr and second there are champions with more mobility than him with more burst(some being late game though,understandably so) examples of these kind of champs could be fizz, Kass(after the recent buffs), akali, irelia?, camille, jax, khazix, or heck we even have champs like garen, poppy, sion, malph that just chunk any squishy for atleast 1/3 their hp while being tanky (builds vary ofc) though you can kite them later into the game. All I'm asking for is to make his kit function the way its supposed to, no buffs necessarily as that will just make him a perma banned champ just changes or maybe even a small rework(not like preseason 7).
