What the hell is up with Neeko's ult?

So let me get this straight: She gets a massive shield, slows enemies by 40%, stuns them for 1.25 seconds, and then hits them for 130% her AP? How is that balanced? How is that fun to play against? How did that make it past PBE?

She is so squishy and needs to be right up close to you.

Her ult has extreme limitations.

  1. When it's about to go off, she literally stops moving. Of the ults I miss, this is 90% of the reason why. You ult with the intent of chasing someone, only to self root, to start the detonate. If you know this about her ult, it's pretty easy to avoid. The slow is during this period too, so if you saw her ult.... it's not to hard to run before your get slowed.

  2. Gotta get up close, and the only real ways to do that are W, which is a tell tale sign you are Neeko..... or to Flash. That's it, unless you're bush ambushing.

  3. She is not invulnerable, squishy and easy to target.

It wasnt on pbe for that long, but people were still complaining about her ult and definatly her overall kit.

But riot hires specially trained people to test out the champion for bugs, so we might be an afterthought?
