This this one of those "Make one slight change to a champion to make them broken" games? I want in.

Ekko's Ult cooldown is 0. Can go back 4 seconds whenever he wants. Are they taking Baronn? Good thing you warded that 5 minutes ago. Now you can rewind your position back again.
