Hextech reroll. Really?
I have rerolled 3 skin shards for a permanent skin today. Got Woad Scout Quinn. The thing is i DO NOT OWN QUINN. How is it even possible?[slayer-jinx-unamused]

It has to be a glitch, youre only susposed to get skin for champs you own, cus rerolling gives you permanint fragments. Feels bad man*[zombie-nunu-bummed]*
You should unlock quinn. That skin is good.
It can be any skin you don't own. Obviously you don't own skins for champs you don't own :p
I'm jealous :( play a lot of Quinn and would love that skin, but i got some village twitch skin as permanent - i also don't own twitch.

It is not a glitch. I asked Riot about this in a different post. The only content you can't unlock in hextech is content which you already own. IE: He wont reroll another Woad Scout Quinn if he decides to get Quinn and unlock the skin into the permanent.
I had the same happen to me with Cutthroat Graves. So.. I saved up IP and got Graves.
