Flex Matchmaking? Really? I mean, seriously?!

In the last 2 matches it was unbelieveable. Bronze 4 in my team vs Diamond 4 in the enemy team. Then Unranked+Bronze 2 in my team vs Platinum 2+Diamond 2 in the enemy team. HOW? How is it even possible?

I'm pretty okay with having bronze players on my team, but let's be real. As low gold I will much likely lose to a high plat-diamond players and I can only imagine how bronze player would be crushed by those so many leagues above. It is definetely the opposite of fun.

What's going on with matchmaking and how is it supposed to be played when you don't have any chances?
