Unhealthy Yasuo

I was winning top lane as Renekton, had a really pretty much complete core item build designed to burst and chunk. Ghostblade, Cleaver, and Tiamat.

Just after he 1v2'd Zyra and Lee Sin by our Red buff. I walk mid and I'm waiting for my team to respawn, bot lane is still bot lane feeding the RIven I shut down. Yasuo is here with no health but his passive shield up, so I just wait knowing that he can already 2v1.

The Yasuo at this point is a mere 5/6. Mere 5/6. I'm 8/2 right now. I walk into our mid-lane with my friend who is playing Lee Sin, and our midlaner Zyra. This guy he has Phantom dancer, Tiamat, and Infintiy Edge. 5/6 Yasuo everyone. He doesn't have any life-steal besides a Dorans, and isn't running Warlords.

The guy firstly heals to full health off one MINION WAVE. NO LIFE-STEAL IN HIS RUNES, NO LIFE-STEAL ITEMS OTHER THAN A DORANS BLADE GUYS. NO KEYSTONE THAT GIVES LIFE-STEAL. NOT EVEN STACKS ON HIS FERVOR FOR MORE AD. JUST OFF Q'ING AND AUTO'ING.

Then I go in, I flash stun him with the 50 Fury, and instantly, he turns to Q me, boom he's back up to half HP after my combo, and then he dashes through me and spins then dashes towards my Zyra and Lee Sin. My friend said one Q did 1k damage, and Zyra was just deleted afterwards.

This is not healthy.... For someone to scale so hard with a few kills, plenty of deaths, and two core items. Nerf... because I just lost a game to a Yasuo only. The rest of their team was behind, Ashe, Lux, Gragas was power-farming in their jungle, and Riven was behind from our laning phase, but we had to FF because in a span of 5 minutes he went from 5/6 to 9/6 to 16/6.
