Transferences and Season Ending

This is not any kind of complain...

When LAS and LAN Servers opened transferences were free. Me and i think many other persons didn´t want to transfer because of the ranks, friends, etc... Suddenly, the transferences cost 2600 RP. Which might be fine or not. In South America there aren´t any prepaired card stores so getting the RP is hard. Also because the Cards are for the North American Server. Seeing my friends getting interested in League, i made a LAS account, got it to level 14 or 15. What happened? I kinda lost my interest for playing ´cause i didnt have any champions neither runes and masteries. I had to deal with the idea of playing from scratch. This wasn´t the funniest time. I got my friends yes but the main reason i wanted to play in LAS so hard, apart of being in my country, was the PING and the Lag spikes. In the North American Server, i had regular 210 PING and sometimes i played a whole game with 270. I´m not complaining about the server at all because the source of this problem was the distance. Me, being at South America (Argentina, suthern of the countries) and the server at North America made a really nasty mixture for gameplay. I stopped playing at NA because of this. And i was silly because not transfering my account when i could. The "purpose" of this board is, now that season is ending, open the Transfereneces to LAS and LAN Servers only one week or so. So players who can´t improve or are just annoyed about the PING and Lag spikes and also having friends at LAS and LAN can get their main accounts to a better server. **This is just and IDEA. **{{summoner:2}} The "dream" to get my main account in which i placed an effort to build to a server i can use happier while being with my friends and having a good game experience. As i wrote above, is just an idea{{summoner:2}} . What i´m asking for is a second chance for those who couldn´t transfer their accounts and now regret it. (Maybe they don´t regret it) Thanks for reading
