FPS post patch

my computer isn't the best, but after the patch I have ran every clean up and defragmenter and reset my internet restart my comp and STILL I am playing now at 9 - 17 fps all game. My store doesn't even respond properly. so instead of 2 seconds at base im spending 1 minute just trying to close my store. not to mention the lag in lane is killing me, yeah I can still farm and protect turret but no way can I get ahead. And plus it seems like all the champs I play got nerfed and all their counters got buffed, So fair. I know rito doesn't care that I buy skins on all my accounts and play every day all day, but im done I can't do this anymore, just when I get used to a patch and have some fun with it BOOM another patch seemingly changing the entire game, and now this lag its not even fun. pls revert back it was fine don't fix what isn't broken omg. I see everyone talking about "lower elo adc's need this attack move so its easier" no one gives a fuck about lower elo anyways so just put it back. what does it matter if your teams not peeling for you when youre jungler is 1/19 anyways. or I swear if I don't adc then our bot lane is going to feed so hard that the enemy adc becomes unmanageable. im sorry for the rant but league is life and not being able to play is a major bummer. pls rito donate me a pc or fix this terrible lag my store doesn't even function properly.
