newest patch???

I'm not completely sure what happened after this last patch, but I have had the worst lag you could imagine. 4fps - 6fps. I have done everything known to man to my comp to try to up my fps, all my in game setting are set to the lowest of standard and still I lag so bad its not even worth playing. I have encountered several players suffering from the same issues at the moment. rito pls I know you're busy but if you get a chance could you take a look into possibly what could be causing this disruption? I live in California and have heard rumors on the CA servers being "jacked" up.. has anyone heard on this or have any input on what to do or how to fix this problem? it was after the last update I just lag terribly.. its crazy too, because I can start a match and play fine the first half.. then boom its crunch time and I have 4fps - 6fps... 7fps if I'm lucky RITO PLS HELP US
