You know what? Posts demanding for the deletion of certain champions all make me laugh so much, that they usually make my day better. I was going to arbitrarily downvote, but this made me laugh, so I won't :)

As much as I despise ezreal, I think he should be balanced and not just removed. (that privileged is reserved for Zed.....)

Ezreal is fine. Volibear is the true menace.

You are nothing more than glass, waiting to be smashed.

In my opinion he's one of the most well designed and healthy champions in the game, 3 skill shots, an E with a really high cooldown which gets lowered by landing his skill shots rewarding good players. If you dislike his visuals/vocals then download a wooxy skin for him and mute voice SFX.
