million patches later, still a zero skill game?

So when will this game actually be balanced and fun?, like "competitive chess" balanced.

Every patch, you make new set of heroes op, previous op heroes useless,over and over and over again. On purpose. People just pick the op champs you make and its the same champs and bans we see in draft play.

Now i bet you xin will be op and everyone will play him.
