Riot is getting worse than EA

I have been put on an 89 game chat restriction. I have sent in a support ticket requesting it to either be lifted, or to show me my chat logs to prove I've been toxic to get an EIGHTY NINE GAME restriction, because I know i haven't. The first response I got was the cliche, "higher than average levels of toxicity" okay, where? show me, I would be delighted to take a gander with you because I'm genuinely curious. I want to see at least 5 game chat logs where I have been excessively toxic. In addition to the cliche response, I was told they do not have chat logs since the tribunal has been down. 1) I know this is a lie because I've received them before and 2) if chat logs truly couldn't be read, how would you know if I'm being toxic or not? I responded and said this, to which Itachi replied, completely ignored my request for my chat logs, and just said im higher than average levels of toxic and they wont remove my restriction.

I am not one of those people that tells anyone to "suck my dick" "get cancer" i don't even tell people to go fuck themselves etc. There was ONE game, and I can't remember how long ago it was, where I actually told my team to fuck off because I got consistently screwed all game yadda yadda, that's not important. anyways, I can tell you what i have been reported for as long as I know: 1) farming. I seriously had a yasuo tell me he was going to report me for farming because i was 0-5-6 vayne and anytime i tried to help in team fights i got INSTANTLY blown up. So what do vayne's do? they split push otherwise. 2) a team mate reported me for assisting enemy team because he was yasuo (what is with yasuo's being D-bags?) and I was nami (this is my account for mainly supporting) and he was DEMANDING i ult for him 24/7 so he could ult regardless of if i was trying to help someone else, so i threw 2 of my ults (less than a minute cool down at this point) at the wall when we were at our own base not engaged in fights. that's it. because he would be flaming me and (OH LOOK, I CAN'T TALK BECAUSE IM ON RESTRICTION) so that's my way of rebelling. This isn't trolling, and we certainly didn't lose the game because of this.** 3)** I was reported by an adc for taking minions. Was I trolling by taking her cs? no. They were minions that she was without a doubt not going to get, so i farmed them, and i told her this. Her response? flame me, leave lane, and blame everything that ever happened to her all game on me. But yet im on a chat restriction? I had an adc TODAY, that was a prick since champ select, then immediately left lane and left me bot vs sivir and morgana because SHE was pissy. Tried to say that I was flaming her all game when Ive been moving my chat box off screen so I just dont have to deal with this. Reported ME for literally nothing. We won the game, despite all of us doing well, I sold my support item and bought damage item and started farming bot lane (not hard as thresh) 4) i was reported once for telling my team our game was a wash, and being overly-optimistic wasn't going to make us win. Have you ever had one of those games where your team is SO BEHIND, you can't win a team fight, cant get objectives because there always there to defend and kill you, you have no dragons, no vision, no anything but your team JUST WONT SURRENDER. They could be up 600 kills, 23 towers, and 17 dragons, and your team still wont surrender? this is what I was telling them. reported. I get reported for telling people to ward, telling people to fucking group up, telling that tank that building armor against an AP champ isn't a good idea. Bless their freaking hearts, the new people to this game. I have literally begged a support to buy a sightstone 30 minutes into the game, and they seriously IGNORE ME. STRAIGHT UP. AND TELL ME TO FUCK OFF. but I'm the one on a chat restriction?

I get referred to the summoner's code, yeah, I've read it, and funny enough it's so vague it barely even tells you about the borders to be in violation of. So I'm not telling people to eat shit or that I'm going to fuck their mom, or to get cancer. Are we seriously playing in an environment where you cant say or do anything without getting chat restricted? Because I am literally MIND BLOWN by the fact I'm on an 89 game restriction, and I can't even get a REAL response from an employee. I don't care if it's a real, live, breathing employee copying and pasting some cliche crap into the subject box, I want a genuine response. I seriously want to know, am I just not supposed to talk what so ever? then why have the chat boxes? How some people go completely unrestricted just leaves me speechless. The very last report I got that was right before this chat restriction was from an ashe, I forget what happened exactly but she was like MEGA MAD, and i dont even remember why, but she decided to troll and feed on purpose. I never cussed at her, I never got angry, I literally told her, "you act like I care that you're feeding. You feed, that's on you, that's not on me. you've openly admitted in chat you're trolling, and you're going to report me? I haven't even been toxic nor am i trolling this game. What are you going to report me for then?" right after that, restriction. I said the same thing to my adc today, "you're the one that has been flaming and cussing all game, what are you going to report ME for?"

So seriously, Riot. I've been playing this game for four years, and after just one year of the automated system, I'm about at limit and am going to call it quits if this doesn't end ASAP. I never had this problem when the tribunal was up, NEVER. and the fact its been down for over a year, and countless people have complained against this automated system is really just sad beyond anything else.
