How do I carry games...

When I'm bad at carrying? Seriously. I play a lot of support because I don't like playing all the hyper mobile twitch-burst spastic champs, and playing adc is basically like smearing yourself in raw meat and jumping in a bear pit. I prefer to play supports and tanky sorts (Evelynn is the sole exception... because I like stalking around).

How the heck do I carry games this way? At low elo it's basically impossible to get your team coordinated or to make them play smartly or sanely. Most games seem to come down to which team has the better smurf on it. How do you turn the tide in a game where you have no carry potential and your team has no idea what it's doing?
