I have issues with Illaoi (against).

How does one go against ? Her kit to me seems a bit way too strong.

Insanely tanky from the item she builds (Randuins, Visage, etc...)
If you get hit by even one of her E's, you're screwed unless you run outside of the circle. Otherwise you can just lose 1/4 to 3/4 of your health. Even when you're out of the circle, you might've lost some CS.
Has healing with tentacles.
Can basically 1v5.
Has insanely damage whilst being a juggernaut..?

Overall, I just think her skill shots are too rewarding. I know you can just dodge all of them but what if it isn't a braindead player who headrolls their keyboard, rather they actually think.

I have this same problem. Here is what I have found after looking for a really long time.

Be lucky and get lulu and learn her top and hope ur teammates do not dodge
Be lucky and have a good jungle who understands Illaoi and camps her
Ban Illaoi every game
Play Illaoi every game
Dodge every game they pick Illaoi
Dodge every Illaoi skill shot and let her free farm while you stay under tower
Feed her
Just back every 3 minutes because she landed 1 q and u now have a quarter health
Just have your whole team sit top all game against her
Quit league
Send thousands of emails to rito yelling at them to nerf illaoi (ive done this)
When they pick Illaoi pick Janna top and survive with the power of disengage And last but not least 13. Throw your computer across the room out of a window.

Tips from an Illaoi main. Don’t leave fountain. Jk. Biggest tips I would say if you are melee:

Bait out the e if you are good. Most illaois are super excited so they will throw it out whenever

If she does hit e walk up to tenticle and kill it. If you are too low walk away and let the vessel thing go. Let one tentical spawn, dodge it, but then don’t kill it. No more will spawn. If you aren’t by tower keep running till you get there.

If she ults just walk away then come Back after it is done.

If you have ranged moves that can keep her st a distance stand behind minions and poke her down.

Remember youbdont have to beat her to win. Just farm like a champ. Also take health regen cutting items if possible.

i don't see how shes a problem, no mobility creep, predictable , even passive , nor she has insane pressure on towers...

A lot of people either don't know or forget that illaoi's E duration lowers every time the target attacks her. Damage over time can really help in this regard. It lasts 10 seconds by default, but each tick of damage will reduce it by 1 second. I believe singed it the best for this, since poison deals damage every 0.25 seconds, meaning the clone will only be there for 2 seconds if you can keep it on her. Singed also has access to a ground, which will stop her from spamming W during ult.
