itll make the meta assassin meta again and that honestly wasnt fun, it was literally who can kill the most before 25 mins won the game cause their adc was alive more

In season 4 the problem was cumulative: assassins were strong, but tanks were also weak. Now, tanks aren't in that state anymore, and are getting new tools to survive assassins (most notably support tanks)
