this guy posts season1 champs. How about we just make 100 new ones.

Cept Illaoi.
I saw Teemo in this list and immediately lost interest. He may be annoying, but he isn't oppressively good at really anything except forcing the enemy team to focus on him, rather than the rest of Teemo's team. Heimer isn't really oppressively strong either. Singed is Singed. Veigar lacks mobility. Yi's counter is locking him down in fights or finishing a game as quickly as possible to keep him from building/scaling. Warwick is just...sigh. Blitzcrank is beaten by using the concept of side-stepping. Illaoi is beaten by not fighting her in her Box of Tentacles after she ults.
Not knowing how to deal with a champ doesn't make them strong. Not having any viable means of dealing with the champ, no matter what champion you choose, makes them strong.
they mostly don need nerfs maybe except illaoi but the rest of them are fucking annoying as shit to play against
teemo- have no pressure in lane due to poision yi- when quick or you may as well ff heim- kill more shit before killing him blitz- hits a q and you die illaoi- can build ful ltan kand easily deals tons of damage still singed- just runs around and toss you over his head and is tanky ww- hits r and your dead veigar- hits e-w-r and kills you kled- kill 2 tanks

Illaoi hasn't needed any nerfs, since the day they nerfed her Test of Spirit (E). At least, I assume that's why she doesn't get played as often as she used to anyway.
Speaking from my own experience(s):
Teemo - Grab Spectre's Cowl whenever possible. Rush ZZ'Rot. This worked for me becuase it forced teemo to have to use his shrooms to shove the waves back to me, leaving him open for ganks. It also made ganking his allies' lanes easier.
Yi - I can't remember a time where Yi annoyed me, since I've always built or have asked my tank to build
. After that, it's a game of Peel, peel, peel.
Heim - Annoying to lane against. That's pretty much it. What I've noticed gets the job done is, since he makes it hard to gank him, is to simply not try to. I've asked my jungler, from the start of a Heim game, to ignore my lane and focus others. As a top laner, I've always built zz'rot against him. As a mid laner, most mids have long range spells to destroy turrets. (Syndra can literally throw them around the lane.)
Blitz - I can't really say much about this. Either you sidestep it or you die. It gets more manageable once you realize that his Rocket Grab always throws his right hand. In other words, you'll want to focus sidestepping to his left side. (It's not a 100% trick, but it makes it easier, knowing this.)
Illaoi - Build
if Ad. Build
if Ap. Never fight in the box of tentacles formed by her Leap of Faith (R).
Singed - Realize he's going to Proxy and that you may have to eventually give up your tower. Rush ZZ'Rot to keep his waves off your tower and then prioritize ganking other lanes.
Warwick - He's almost always going to stay in his Jungle til Lvl 6, unless someone on your team is making themselves super exposed for an early gank. Ward up and take advantage. Once he's level 6, build
or
[if he builds I.E; I've seen it happen once or twice], if you're the tank. Ask the tank to build it, if you're not. Peel, peel, peel.
Veigar - Not sure what tips to give here, other than lacks mobility. Bait the stun, and then all-in with jungler. [I haven't actually gone up against a Veigar in a really long time, so I'm really not sure if this advice is actually still viable advice.]
Kled - I fought literally one Kled, top lane. One. And I as Quinn. That lane was the easiest match-up I've ever had top lane. Can't tell if because of champ choice, or a difference in skill levels. But, from that game alone, I can at least say that Quinn is a safe pick against Kled. The burst she brings is quite nice. Only thing I'd really be able to say is to keep track of his "Come Back, Scarl!" meter. You'll have to ask others for more Kled matchup advice.
EDIT: If you haven't noticed, ZZ'Rot is always my 'last resort' ditch option.
zzrots are great, have the time i build them im noteven playing a champ that should i just like making the enemy have to clear the lane or lose towers, ya wish i read that illaoi part pre last game, i was rumble jungle and every time i was fighting and she waqs there i had to zhonyas asap or i'd die to her and lux ult combo
Same here, on that ZZ part. The item is great for keeping lanes pushed and perfect for when you're behind.
Just remember that most, if not all, Illaoi's damage comes from those tentacles (her passive and the ult). Another thing to remember is that her Leap of Faith (R) spawns tentacles equal to the number of people present when she lands. The less people present, the less tentacles she spawns. That being said, though, you'll still want to simply walk (dash, blink, whatever) away from that box. She can't use those tentacles if no one is around to get hit by them. Meaning once you leave that area, she has no damage. The
(
if fully upgraded) and
apply Grievous Wounds. Those will cut down the healing she does with her tentacles, making it easier to fight her, since her sustain will be cut.
