@Meddler Does Ryze needs a buff?

He pretty much needs another rework.

If he's any stronger than he currently is, he tends to dominate professional play.

Ryze is very strong he is just hard to play properly.

whether or not he needs it isn't the question... the question is how on earth you possibly can without breaking him again.

ryze was nerfed duo to multiple factors

1. when he is buffed hes way too good, when the rework came out i played him top,jg,apc,mid, and support and only lost as the apc (i was i a 5 man que though) 2.his ulti is WAY too damn strong in proplay.

Ryze just isn't good in solo q but he's extremely good in the lcs and comp play. Meaning it's not a numbers issue

In my opinion he just needs some kind of unique passive on his ult maybe, to make that ult feel a bit more special, which would in a way be a buff i guess
