[BUG?] This is getting really annoying.

Not sure if anyone else is having this problem but, every single game I have played after the Updated map got released, once every few seconds, my champion will stop moving and won't auto attack or go to where I click, they will just stand there for a second or two and then start moving again. It has gotten my killed multiple times and has made me loses me games. I know for a fact it isn't my computer or my internet because I am constantly on Skype on the connection is fine. I'm just getting really annoyed by it. I wasn't sure if anyone else is having this problem but I'd juts thought I'd share.
