Make the nexus / inhibs indestructible before 25 minutes in URF.

I'm really tired of having 10-13 minute games because people want to try hard AFK push a lane to get the inhib at 5 minutes. Pretty much takes all the fun out of URF.

No, you know what takes the fun out of URF? When the enemy team that should have won by 15 stalls the game out to 30 minutes so they can get 100 kills.

My average game time in URF is already over 20 minutes. I don't want fucking 40 minute games.
