DOES RUNELESS SUPPORT SHEN POSSIBLE?

I play every game without rune. i usually manage well with other champion. then i buy shen.

that's when the nightmare begin.

i wanna play him as support at bot. but he was terrible. he has no lane presence.

his q suck. ideally, you wanna heal urself and urfriend, so u'll q+AA+ur lane partner AA. but since you have bonus damage passive, after a Q and AA, creep left with very little hp, our creep my last hit it instead of my lane partner. his q also punish me when i try to play safe and last hit with q. it giving me really small amount of heal. his w is a plain vanilla shield does nothing extra. looks pale compared to naut, riven. his e seems good, but it's not. it's has waaaaaaaaaay looooooong cooldown, as long as we wait urf to be playable champion. it has 15 sec CD. so basically u have no lane presence in that long 15 sec cd. his r is terrible. why i say terrible? it barely help other at lv 6, and it surpress urself. when u ult friend and enemy near u, u can't exhaust them. pretty isn't it. and the cooldown at lv 6 is VERY DAMN LONG, so long, ur summoner spell cd looks short compared to his ulti.

then let's see his stat. his hp/armor/mr feel kinda low. compare it too sej.

so, what is shen?

support? with very lame lane presence? tank? with mediocre hp/armor/mr and short cd shield? nuker? without any real nuke spell? fragile fighter who'll get nuked and die after i ulti friend?

or just a boring garbage, piece of shit, trash, underpowered hero who can only shine when you have rune to play?

oh yea i attach a pic too so you can see how suck shen is. regardless his build, he's garbage. top tier trash.
