Should i start ranked

So this has been asked many, many times, but I don't see posts from anyone quite in my position. I've been lvl 30 for ages ( a couple of seasons at least), i have 8 full rune pages for different situations and masteries for everything i can think of. I support main and play Morg, Leona and Karma really well, but can play Nami, Poppy, Trundle, lulu to a high degree and Naut, Thresh, Braum, Jana, Lux, Soraka, Sona, Bard and even Sej to a slightly lesser degree. I play mid Morg, Ahri, Liss, Lux and Ori (i never realised i only know mages mid until i wrote it just now!). I play top Morg, poppy, trundle, naut and Liss. I play jungle poppy, shyv and Naut. I ADC on Jinx and Cait but i'm also okay on Sivir. I know all the good ward positions blue and red side at different points in the game and i know how to manage waves. I own 67 champs and can play all of them at least a little.

I'm at 250ish wins in norms and i think I've lost less than I've won, but a lot of those losses were with bad teams or feeders. Dont get me wrong I've lost with good teams too, when the opposition is just too good, but i consider those good games and they were fun to play anyway.

Mostly i'm just sick of playing with people who don't really know how to play, but think they do. For example a Jinx game i played recently where my sup Sona didn't ward, stole all my CS and fed the Cait i was against, then flamed me cos i couldn't do anything mid game. Or when the countergank comes and i try to sacrifice myself by diving my Leona into the gank and CCing the threats to save my adc and jungler and they simply follow me in and die useless deaths (everyone knows to let the sup die so you can run away right?).

So if i start playing ranked am i likely to meet more teams full of people who think chasing a 50% health ezreal into the opposing jungle with no vision when all the 4 other members of the opposing team are MIA is a good idea. I don't mind losing, I'm not the greatest player, but I'm sick of players who don't get how to play the game as a whole.

Keep in mind I'm in oceania and we dont have Normal Draft.
