How long does it really take to even level in honor?

Just thinking, I don't think anyone is level 3 honor. Which I guess its season long but I wish it was trackable. I get honored every game it seems like and seem to be even getting less key fragment than I did before the honor system. I was hoping lvl 3 would come just to earn them more but it seems the way you earn them is through the GG honor.

I get on the boards to see if anyone else posts anything but I have yet to see it really. I know its been out a week but it just had me thinking of how long your actually stuck between each level
