Fiddlesticks rework or any changes in the future?

Fiddlesticks has been in league for quite awhile it seems. he is a great jungle but lacks skill shots and is all about his fear and the point click silence ability. I don't see him much in ranked because I believe he doesn't really have much to offer as a jg anymore. He clears but only really seems useful the team late game via silence, fear, or ult. I doubt hes been in the pool of ideal champions that need a rework or minion changes, but what do you think? think he will ever have a rework that will make him more skill based instead of a full point-click champion? Ideas? No Riot employee will see this so why not just share ideas of who needs to be reworked, and who needs changes

I don't think Fiddle needs a rework. The changes during the mage update were cool though. He's not seen much because he takes a lot of games to get used to his playstyle and vision-denial strategies. His micromechanics are just secondary to his macromechanics.

tldr: A low playrate doesn't mean the champ needs changes.

I don't think that just because of his low pick rate do I mean that. I mean almost primarily on skill. kinda like ryze used to be where all abilities were point and click but then they worked it to apply a skill shot, even with Warwick new ult its more skill and can be missed rather than where fid can just fear you for 2.5 seconds and you can do anything about it. just watch as ur champ dies just cause he walked in range

They changed WW that way because his ult being point-click was using too much of his power budget, so without tweaks it would have been hard to buff him in other areas.

In Fiddle's case he's very squishy and he almost always needs to plan far ahead of time to kill someone. He's super positioning reliant, and he's very punishing if you're not careful on him. A couple good ward spots and Fiddle is pretty useless until he sweeps 'em. Not nearly the same as old WW.

Fidd's kit seems fine to me and he has a role as a AoE mage. His main issues are his clears are slow af and he is easily counter jungled

I think especially in the new jg the way he clears is way to slow to be beneficial to him. why go him why you could go someone like udy who will clear all monsters just fine and then gank whoever he likes in half the time it would take fiddle to clear.

Because Udyr doesn't have a massive AoE damage blink, a bouncing silence spell, and a targeted 2.25 second CC.

Fiddlesticks doesnt need a rework, i like him. stop ruining the game for me, just play someone else if you dont like him. but plz dont change my boy fiddle

I personally feel that his ultimate is really outdated. In comparison to alot of other champions, his ult feels really underwelming with the channel

posting from the grave but...anyone that thinks fiddle doesn't need a rework is obviously incredibly biased towards the champ. Nothing about his kit is intuitive or has any real cohesion. His ult relies on being able to surprise or chase champs in a fight (which nowadays is pretty difficult seeing as how much mobility has been added to the game) while his q and w are at complete odds with that idea. His e is largely a crapshoot unless the enemy team is grouped and has no real counterplay other than "dont bunch up".

He's just a really old champ that was designed in a much earlier version of league. He hasn't kept up with power creep in the slightest but has the Lee Sin syndrome in that his popularity amongst his relatively small player base will whine if they see him changed. (lee is so popular that Riot has openly admitted they can hardly touch him for fear of backlash).

With the recent success of the Xin and Evelynn reworks I'm fairly certain Fiddle would get a pretty great update. He needs it desperately.

Fidd is not a gank focused jungler he is a teamfighter he can ult into the enemy team and do massive AoE damage forcing them to change position and then lock down stragglers with is fear. They fill completely different roles

I don't like his silence because it can hit you twice, and with how League has evolved, silences are some of the worst types of hard CC. I'd say they're better than snares, but because of all the mobility which can't be used while snared... yeah.

I don't know what you'd replace it with, but i don't think he needs it to remain Fiddlesticks.

Leave Fiddle alone..

With the latest Rune changes he is actually really OP mid now. Try Aery on him and you have a long range bomb that can zone anyone. You can get them to 1/2 health in no time and push them out of lane or set them up for an easy gank.

His Ult is not really his strength, it is his E and Q/W. The E can be used to clear lanes and zone in teamfights. Watch them scramble to get away from each other and then you can pick off the one who ran in the 'wrong' direction. The Q is a get out of gank free card when your flash is down :-) (90%+ of the time). His W is a free sustain in lane until I need/want to go back.

I agree he takes some time to learn. Especially his Ult and when and where u can use it.

Since the new runes I have played him mid a lot. Actually getting tired of pushing people out of lane, killing them with aery. Kinda boring now..

Fiddle seems pacman in shadow of the colossus... he isn't good! Fiddlesticks actually is a piece of plastic! He is the ugly version of his splash art... he has not green aura. He has not a running animation. He drain life randomly from his chest, and he could drain easily from his eyes or mouth... He is too little and more of his skins are fiddlesticks with something... Ghost fiddlesticks is fiddlesticks, but blue. pumpkinhead is fiddlesticks with a pumpkin on his head. jack fiddle is fiddle with the same clothes, but with colour. Bandito have just an hat. He has only 3 acceptable skins (dark candy, risen and party). And with the new champ he seems more older. I would a good rework, and i'm not the only ;-; the splash art is wonderful! But in game i can't see him X) (sorry for my bad english) Fiddlesticks
