People who play Support Bard, but don't, actually support.

I've honestly played I'll say around five games with either my team's, or the enemy team's Support Bard having more fun collecting his Meeps or Chimes or whatever, just roaming jungle and barely assisting the ADC. Sometimes I see him use the tunnel to get away, even though enemies are directly behind him and he'll die and give the enemy or us kills.

As a bard player if you follow me thru my journey, i get a free stun on you except now you got my whole team there

It all comes with experience. I've had more success lately roaming with Karma and Leona over Bard. It's all about the timing and how you do it. You can even gank top lane, or just ward for them in passing. Heck, I'll even follow the jungler around for a little bit to see if we can catch the enemy jungler at their camps.

I've played multiple games where I leave 3 caretaker shrines near the adc. Tell them i'm leaving get chimes/gank mid. Ward any entrance into the lane. Then leave and they'll still die and neither of the shrines that were 1 step away when I left are taken and I'd get blamed as I sucessfully get my mid laner a kill.

ADC's need to learn to play instead of being spoiled

Support doesn't mean babysit. It means to ptovide help. Their job is to help your team get ahead and stay alive outside of and during teamfights. Their job isn't to babysit the adc.
