Team mates

Why do i keep getting feeders and top laners that don't engage? it's been like five games in a row really and it's like they're intenionally feeding on purpose? as a support player that wins bot lane 80% of the time why do i never get good team mates to hold their own lane? is this game just full of noobs becaue all the good players are in high elo playing ranked or something? i don't ever see a good player that is similar to my skill level or mechanical ability. there's a lot of people who panic and spam shit when they get low health and don't really calculate anything at all. so is there a reason behind the community being full of feeders and trolls? and i mean if i ask a simple question people assume i'm flaming and start really flaming me. Like if i ask "are you using your warding trinket" or something for example they think i'm talking shit. So i feel like the game's filled with immature kids with no skill or trolls. Does anyone even take games seriously any more? Edit: it's now 7 games where my top and mid are feeding and not helping team fights when the enemies literally in our base
