MASTERY TOKENS for MASTERY SIX +

As a Pyke player and someone who plays really out of meta Support picks i don't really get S tokens for Mastery 7. Though i have no mastery on Pyke yet I do play things like Zed support and pop off and get fed. But I don't get an S because my CS is so low. Can we be rated based on the Role we are assigned in draft pick? I'm not sure what blind pick would be like though.
