I know you've probably had this request before, but I am sick of being held hostage in champ select when someone is obviously toxic and/or trolling right away. Why should I have to dodge to not waste 20 minutes when the person in question is just there to make our game not fun. There should be some way to report someone from champ select (within reason).
Why do you care what one person says or does you can still win. Why do you care to report him? Chances are you'll never see him again so don't report him I wouldn't because I don't care enough to report people because at the end of the day there is littledifference between him intent dying 8 times and someone in Lane getting smashed going 0 and 8? You can still win because league is not a team game 1 person does not cause a loss like the way 1 person can cause a loss like in heroes of the storm.
either that or implement a kick function that would work like in csgo, and would give them leaver buster or something, of course people will have to vote like they do to surrender
