Replay Instantly Expiring After Match

I realize there are a few posts on this already, but none of them seem to be very recent and the issue still seems to be happening (with no real solutions offered by users or Riot, yet).

Basically, I finish a match then click the button to download a replay. As soon as that completes it gets marked as an expired replay ("This Replay has expired."). Replays should only expire after a patch, and since I doubt there was a patch during my match (also I restarted the client just to see if it would update) this shouldn't be happening. And I'm surprised it still is since I've seen some post going back 6+ months. What's up?
