Scheduled Team Ranked

Hmm I wonder if Team ranked is more or less popular now that it is scheduled and supposedly have better games and less queue time I haven't really bothered with Team ranked after the change... I did play some of it before but I gathering 2 or 4 other people doesn't happen that often and even less so when it is limited to certain times (Can be especially bad for some people depending on their time zone compared with the server time)
