Well, i wanted to see what everyone else thought of my idea; If a person play a role that is highly requested they should get a little bonus ip!

IMO team builder should have a 25% base boost, increasing by 5% per consecutive game up to 50%.

Actually I choose team builder to avoid trolls in Normals. Call mid first... someone autolocks mid. Every other lane is called and I get stuck support... for 13 games in a row... The one lane I don't enjoy. So team builder helps me avoid that.
