Gangplank Rework or something

So like, i think the pirate man needs some loving. He's kind of boring to play with his passive dot with a mediocre slow, his parrrrlay would be dope but it cost too much to constantly farm instead of harassing with it (though I love the on hit affects for jg gangplank). His other skills are alright I guess. HIS CITRUS IS 100% FLAWLESS. Though I kinda like 's Kit it is really lack luster. He has many MANY builds (Critplank, Manahoy, Tankplank, etc.) but none of them are really good enough to plop into a game excel and constant amount of damage. For each one of 's build paths, theres a champ that does what he's intended to do so much better and that kills me because... I enjoy playing him he's a damn pirate I have so much fun playing him so all mighty summoners and Rito please do something for this great champ

Yer at least VU him so he uses his fists as pistols or something, now that's at least somewhat moderately entertaining, instead of what we currently have for him.

His kit really just screams monotone boredom mediocrity really, he is a pirate who has 0 character besides we know he loves oranges and has a global laugh, he needs to be redefined, in other words, reworked.

Check the PBE on surrender at 20, they also gather all the red posts and stuff related to actual/future content, balance philosophy etc. They found three items without any name and stating "Only GP can build this item" The rework is already a thing, not in the next patch, but probably the one after again. It will also include so VU stuff, Riot said the biggest change would be on E and that there would be some tweaks to R damage application, Parrrrrrrrrrrrrrrley won't become a skillshot, and He will have more Oranges to make everything K ( yarrrrg)

Maybe you can answer this question OP. Why do people post without doing the bare minimum effort? you get this page https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/202294884-Champion-Update-Schedule by typing champion update in the search bar from the support page.

You also could of googled "gangplank update" and gotten http://www.surrenderat20.net/2015/05/red-post-collection-gp-and-mf-on.html .

So what is with not doing the bare minimum effort?
