Galios W language is not clear

This is the official description of his W. It makes it seem like pressing and releasing his W once charges it and pressing the W again taunts the enemy. A much more clear description would be:

"ON CAST" and "ON RELEASE". You're not pressing or casting a spell more than once which is what the description implies. I think this should be changed
