Heimer's Hidden Buff

Thunderlord's Degree. One single W can activate it as long as at least 3 missiles hit. Someone who can successfully poke with W will find that their burst has increased by a significant amount. Oh, and Turret lasers also prock it, but that can actually be a bad thing if the tank soaks up the prock.
