Can you return the damage on Azirs W on turrets?

Because for some classic Riot reason, you gave Ziggs an ability that kills turrets with one hit beneath 35% hp, and his dmg from the passive procs also. So yeah at least bring back the old Azir W so that there is a fair pushing power on both teams, since towers are made of paper anyway.
