I do not like it being one sided, i always try to respond in a well manner and uplift the teamate if he plays bad. But when i get contiusly trolled and inted im going to start to flame especially when its my time and nerves taht i invest to win and someone just shits on it. Deal with it. I will not stay silent and take some stupid mockery or intentionally not playing/helping/dieing.
They're trying to drive the point home that context doesn't matter.
Chat logs are one-sided because responding to negativity with more negativity doesn't solve anything; you're just adding fuel to the fire and breaking the rules in your own right.

So, all you have to do is to think they are just playing bad and you'll be golden !!
Back when Tribunal was still in effect, they started out with full logs. When they switched to only the reported players' logs, there was no noticeable difference in what got punshed.
So no. Including full logs wouldn't matter
You need to think about it this way:
The game is not just you and the person you're arguing with. There are up to 8 other people who just want to play the gaoddamn game. That's why the context doesn't matter, because when you argue back, you derail the game even more.
They also only give you your piece of the logs, because they aren't allowed to share with you the other players' account information. That goes against their terms we all agree to. It likely goes against the rules that the support team has to follow as well.
It would be nice if all the text were included, at least then...some fair judgement could be passed. Instead, it's mostly just left up to a computer system. There's no human jury or consideration of the situation, there's only right/wrong, black/white.

^^^ That right there is where you messed up. Why you do something bad doesn't matter man. Who did it first doesn't matter. Just stop flaming and raging. Stop trying to justify garbage behavior cause someone got you in your feels.
