New players please stop blaming support

Twice in 1 minute had teamates try to 2v4 on bottom turrent then get mad at me for "not going in". The opponents were all visible thanks to my wards all over bottom lane. And I did go in with them but as Janna there is only so much I can do with cd's and such. Sorry they died but I stayed alive and kept turrent alive. Yet AD teemo cries I don't support him (yet he can't cs worth shit), and after Garen dies he asks team to report me for not dying with him. I try to explain to them, yet postgame get no honors and maybe reported, yet I helped get Garen fed, deny both botlaners their farm, we win, and I get an S finishing 2/1/20. I am support guys don't bash me please Janna is not a front liner guys lol. This was on my alt account though so I guess mostly new players.
