Realistically speaking, Hurricane isnt the most optimal on 2 out of the three champions you have listed, let alone a core build recently of bf into hurricane for the two. That being said, IT KINDA depends game to game on those champions what you actually want to run and build item wise. But AYE, Im not plat Im just a lowly gold know nothing that mains adc and doesnt actually build hurricane on any of the three champions as a first major item at the moment.
