Zoe (new champs) should be banned out of ranked until the next patch.

Zoe is retarded, and im pretty sure everyone knows that. Her E needs to be fixed, and nerfed. But if that happens she will be playable. New champs should be playable in ranked if they are balanced, since they are fun to play.
