Why does Riot think adding 20 mana to darius q at max rank will fix him?

I'm tired of this champ. I need someway to vent. They nerfed his heal, then gave compensation buffs by making it worse against 2 people, but better against 3, and added 20 mana to his q lategame. If you want to nerf him, lower the ad from his passive. Gaining 200 ad lategame is far from ok. Idc if you can just kite him, since he buys deadmans and uses his 2 90% slows on you. God forbid you're melee. He can't have a massive heal AND his ad from passive. I'm fine if he has one of them, but not both.
