What should I build on Jhin vs tanks?
Lets say I picked Jhin early (or not I don't remember) and they have 4 tanks and unkillable Fizz. What can I do in this situation?

Figured it out myself actually you can tell me if i'm wrong, I will build utility like Frozen mallet and other "Tanky" items to slow them and stay alive.

You do not need frozen mallet. With stormrazor + passive you'll already be fine moving in and out of their range between shots. Lord doms can be tempting but the damage bonus will not match the potential healing that a swain or darius can pull off that you could trim with mortal reminder. As jhin by design you're never going to be the best against tanks, but this will do decent damage to them and most importantly keep you alive to keep doing damage.
Building crit was right in this scenario. However you and your team probably weren't playing it out correctly (you need a low kill game where you stall it out so you can scale more peacefully) and maybe you should've picked up an Executioner's earlier
Also a Hexdrinker would've gone a long way against both Fizz and Swain.
Maw + LW + Crit + cut down from runes.
