Should I keep climbing or wait for season 7 ? Also I need pro farm tips

So recently I got to silver 5 from bronze 1. I was getting 25lp per win 8lp per loss and I had 64% win rate, I only lost 1 promo so I consider myself super lucky. I am not a ranked spammer and I only started league 4 months ago. Anyway do you think that should I try to get high silver by the end of season 6 or should I just freeze and wait for season 7. As I read a lot a lot about toxic players who dont care to lose at most division V of any league and I am afraid they dive me back to bronze. In my first promos I was teamed up with low silvers vs mid silvers and I lost all 3 but in the second promo I was with b4 and b2 vs mid silvers and I won so hard. So for me rank doesnt matter and I am only climbing to play with more skilled people who dont chase kills and sit in mid lane for 5 minutes y=trying to do smth then after getting poked so hard they r forced to retreat lose mid turret and dragon... I am sitting at silver 5 with 28lp (only won 1 game) I need some advice to keep going or not and if there is any tips for farming as I am trying to improve cuz I see pros going 280+ at 30 while I am 280+ at 40 dont tell me practice last hit because I basically get 90% of my lane farm I need tips like when its good to clean jungle camps whean its good to split push .. I am pretty sure that high farm win games. Thank you in advance.

Edited : Thank You all for your feedback guys ! Yesterday I got promoted from silver 5 to silver 3 ! After losing two promos. I am very glad I took your tips..

I'd try to get to high silver. Take it as a preparation for season 7. If you finish silver 5 this season chances are high that you will be ranked bronze again after those 10 placement games.

With that kind of win rate you should easy climb through silver. There will be a learning curve for sure, but I would recommend you continue to climb so that next season you don't place back into bronze and need to climb out again. If you reach mid silver or high silver by November you can place silver 5 or higher and continue your climb again.

Should keep climbing if you want season rewards

Depending on your roles there are instances where you want to roam by shoving cs in and look to influence other lanes

When there are opportunities for objectives it's best not to farm jungle creeps iff you can contest things like dragon

Lane management and trading /mechanics is what most low silver have trouble doing

Split push is depending on the tide of the fight

Suppose your team got aced and you are bot taking a turret

If you can defend your inhib go back and try to force them off

If not continue to take one turret and then def

Watch vods like Lastshadow He provides more concise tips on decision making

I would try climbing and if you start losing a lot and have 0 lp then maybe just wait until next season.

you can practice farming in custom games for a while. Also just keep playing and dont be afraid to mute toxic players. Just play easy champions and spam games of them and you will be fine.
